Architectural Project Manager

We are currently seeking a talented Architectural Project Manager with 2-5 years of experience interested in expanding their architectural skill set while helping CDA Architects with our service-oriented goals.

Responsibilities

• Applicant should be a highly organized, creative, and a problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects in various stages of the work

• Possess a strong knowledge of all phases of design and construction

• Actively manage a production team, client communication, client budgets, schedules, and programs

• Complete design and production of construction documents

• Handle all phases of construction documentation and construction administration

• Handle all phases of obtaining permits and approvals

• Oversee and coordinate with consulting engineers

• Write project specific specifications.

• Oversee meeting with owner, architect, consultants, and general contractors

• Review and approve pay applications and change order requests

• Perform punch list inspections and assist the owner in obtaining required close-out documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university

• 2-5 years architectural experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, and experience with REVIT is a plus

• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and SketchUp are preferred

• Experience with Word and Excel are preferred.

• Confidence in managing people, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication

• Applicants should be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Architectural Team Member

We are currently seeking a talented Architectural Team Member with up to 5 years of experience who is interested in expanding their architectural skill set while helping CDA Architects with our service oriented goals.

Responsibilities

• Applicant should be a highly organized, creative and a problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects in various stages of the work

• Applicant should be able to work efficiently both individually and as part of a project team

• Applicant experiences will ultimately include all phases of design documentation through construction administration, project management and client contact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, and experience with REVIT is a plus

• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and SketchUp are preferred

• Experience with Word and Excel are preferred

• Strong communication skills are a must
